為什么日本的綠茶市場如此繁榮？和國內(nèi)大多數(shù)或甜或酸的“特色口感”所不同，日本在綠茶的鮮粹榨取上，已經(jīng)有了很成熟的經(jīng)驗(yàn)和穩(wěn)定的技術(shù)，基本上都能保持綠茶的營養(yǎng)與原汁原味的味道，所以，同樣有喝茶習(xí)慣的日本，健康的綠茶飲料自然也成了夏季日本市場上銷量極其巨大的品種之一。
